Shorten the cancel / reschedule links in the reminder emails

Can you please shorten the cancel and reschedule links? Or, alternatively, add them to the text of "Cancel" and "Reschedule"? The links take up 1/2 the email. Also, there is a large space at the top of the email. Is this reserved for something important like a logo?
